Offering Beverages:
Provide tea, coffee, or water to clients while they wait. Ensure refreshment supplies are regularly stocked and served professionally.

Client Intake and Sales Assignment:
Assist clients in filling out the visitor or customer intake form. Assign them to the appropriate sales representative as per the ROTA system.

Customer Data Entry and Registration:
Enter and maintain client details in the visitor register or CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Office Supplies Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory of front office and pantry supplies. Coordinate with admin or procurement for replenishment.

Coordination with Driver & Pre-Sales Team:
Liaise with the driver and pre-sales team for customer pick-up and drop-off arrangements. Ensure timely and seamless coordination of client visits.

Customer Follow-Up:
Make follow-up calls to clients post-visit to encourage site revisits.
? Record client feedback and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
? HSC Pass Out (Bachelor's degree preferred).
? 1-3 years of experience in front desk or receptionist role, preferably in real estate or hospitality. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
