The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience from entry to exit. The role involves managing appointments, client communication, billing, and coordination between service teams to maintain Bodycraft's premium standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction & Service Excellence
Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
Provide accurate information about salon & spa services, offers, and membership programs.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
2. Appointment Management
Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations using the POS/CRM system.
Coordinate schedules between stylists, therapists, and technicians to avoid overlaps.
Confirm client appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Generate bills accurately and process payments via cash, card, or digital modes.
Maintain daily cash reconciliation and submit reports to the manager.
4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with the operations, retail, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth client flow.
Communicate effectively about client preferences, service add-ons, or special requirements.
5. Administration & Reporting
Maintain client records and update databases with accuracy.
Track daily footfall, sales, and appointment conversion reports.
Support promotional activities, events, and retail upselling at the front desk.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma (Hospitality/Customer Service preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist (preferably in salon, spa, or hospitality industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and salon management software/POS systems.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.
