Manage multi-line phone systems and forward messages efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and student/parent correspondence
Schedule appointments (e.g. parent?teacher meetings) and manage front?desk operations
Handle basic school administrative duties--filing, document preparation, mail sorting
Ensure data confidentiality and maintain organized reception area
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Proficient in
English, Gujarati, and Hindi
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and time management
Basic computer skills in MS Office, email, Google Docs/Sheets
Confident, polite, and professional presentation.
