Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant first impression for families and groups
Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
Handle incoming calls related to reservations, events, and general inquiries
Coordinate with floor staff, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest seating and service flow
Assist in managing takeaway and online orders, if applicable
Address basic guest concerns politely and escalate issues to the manager when required
Maintain reservation logs, guest records, and front desk documentation
Ensure the front desk and entrance area remain organized and presentable at all times
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Pleasant personality with a professional and family-friendly approach
Ability to multitask during peak hours and weekends
Basic knowledge of POS or reservation systems preferred
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality front desk roles is an advantage
Working Conditions:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable working in a family-oriented dining and bar environment
