Greet visitors, students, parents, and clients courteously and professionally
Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor logs, and issue passes
Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel
Communication & Coordination
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Answer general queries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and meetings
Administrative Support
Maintain front office records, files, and registers
Manage courier, dispatch, and postal records
Assist with basic office administration and documentation
Office Management Support
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required
Support HR/Admin with attendance, interview coordination, or onboarding formalities (if needed)
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Minimum: Graduate (any stream preferred)
Experience
0-3 years of experience in a front desk / receptionist / customer service role
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
