Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
Maintain records, files, and basic documentation
Support HR and admin tasks such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and office upkeep
Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required
Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
