Key Responsibilities:

Visitor Management:

Welcoming and directing clients, guests, and deliveries.

Communication:

Answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Administrative Tasks:

Typing, filing, photocopying, opening mail, and maintaining office supplies.

Scheduling:

Booking appointments and managing calendars.

Office Upkeep:

Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Essential Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and office equipment. A polite, professional, and calm demeanor.
Work Environment:

Typically works in a busy lobby or front office. Often fast-paced and dynamic.
