We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle daily office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance sheets, and front-office records.
Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room arrangements.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support HR/Admin with day-to-day office operations when required.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate .
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
