The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role involves managing front-desk operations, handling calls and correspondence, maintaining visitor records, and supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments.
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for guests and employees when required.
Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain records of office supplies and assist in procurement when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 - 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
