Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Manage visitor logs, maintain reception area cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming environment.
Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Assist in document preparation, filing (physical and digital), and data entry.
Handle courier management--incoming and outgoing mail.
Support HR/Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent education.
Presentable appearance and confident personality.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in an admin role preferred.
