We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and proactive Front Desk Executive / Admin who will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services efficiently.
Manage visitor records and employee attendance logs.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure meeting areas are properly set up.
Handle travel bookings, cab arrangements, and hotel reservations when required.
Manage petty cash and basic administrative expenses.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA / B.Com / Hospitality Management).
6 months-2 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin / Reception roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, presentable personality, and a customer-oriented approach.
