Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes.
Handle appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendars.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Manage courier, mail, and front-office supplies.
Assist HR/Admin team with documentation and support tasks.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
