Key Responsibilities



Front Desk Management

Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage appointments, scheduling, and confirmations. Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects the brand's premium image.

Customer Service

Address client queries in person, on phone, and via email with courtesy and accuracy. Share information about treatments, services, and products as guided by the team. Assist in managing client feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.

Administrative Support

Maintain records of appointments and client interactions. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing at the front desk. Support daily operational tasks including data entry, filing, and stock coordination.

Brand Representation

Uphold and reflect the values of the brand in every interaction. Ensure client confidentiality and trust at all times. Promote a professional and positive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate/Undergraduate with prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service role (preferably in retail, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare). Strong communication skills (English & local language). Polished, professional appearance with a friendly demeanor. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
