Greet and welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Support in office administration and coordination with departments
Ensure reception area is neat, presentable, and organized
Assist HR/Administration team with day-to-day tasks
Skills & Competencies:
? Excellent communication in English & Hindi
? Professional appearance and grooming
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
? Ability to multitask and handle front-desk responsibilities
