Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and keep it clean, organized, and presentable
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars
Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and managing office supplies
Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of day-to-day operations
Design & Branding Support:
Assist the marketing or content team with design tasks using
Canva
and
Adobe InDesign
Create/edit posters, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics as needed
Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines in all designed materials
Support with internal communications, newsletters, or promotional material
