The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills to ensure smooth daily operations at the school's front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain front desk security by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor passes.
Handle student attendance records, late arrivals, and early dismissals.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with school staff or administration.
Support school administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Distribute school communications, notices, and circulars to students and parents as required.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Provide basic information about school policies, procedures, and events to visitors and parents.
Coordinate with transport staff and help manage school bus schedules or updates.
Ensure emergency contact information is up-to-date and available when needed.
Offer general support to administrative and teaching staff when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printer, scanner, phone systems).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment efficiently.
