Manage client check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls/messages appropriately.
Maintain the front desk area's cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.
Handle client payments, billing, and maintain accurate records.
Assist in maintaining client databases and follow up on leads or appointments.
Coordinate with consultants, therapists, and other departments for smooth client flow.
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, reports).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of experience
in front office, customer service, or receptionist roles (preferably in clinic, salon, hotel, or wellness industry).
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette

Strong
organizational and multitasking
abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office and basic computer operations
