Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
Maintain client records and update databases accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and staff for scheduling and follow-ups.
Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reports (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Ensure excellent client service and support in every interaction.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Any stream).
Experience:
0-2 years in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role (freshers can apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, appointment software).
Multitasking and time-management ability.
Fluency in English and local language preferred.
