Responsibilities:



Managing the reception area, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and visitors. Greeting guests, answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining the office environment. Handle tasks like scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Additional responsibilities



Event planning

Basic bookkeeping

Public relations

Candidate from Corporate Background is added advantage.
