Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
Manage the front desk, maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and handle scheduling requests.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Support internal teams with basic clerical functions as needed.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
