About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk - executive to join our team at

Namma Auditor

. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, managing billing processes, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support. Coordinate and manage workflows between teams to ensure timely task completion. Oversee billing activities, including generating invoices and tracking payments. Maintain and update records, schedules, and task assignments. Handle correspondence, both internal and external, professionally and promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in client-facing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
