The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative activities to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries
Maintain visitor entry registers and issue visitor passes
Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and postal mail
Maintain front office cleanliness and professional appearance
Support HR and Admin teams with basic documentation
Handle employee queries and route them to concerned departments
Maintain records, files, and front-office MIS
Assist in travel bookings and office coordination when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate or equivalent qualification
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pleasing personality and customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional etiquette and interpersonal skills
Experience
0-3 years of experience in front office / receptionist role (preferred)

Admin / HR Manager

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
