Front Office Executive (1 to 2years)



Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or any relevant qualification Proven experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Freshers may apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Skills

Experience in corporate or IT office environment Knowledge of office administration procedures Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries Handle visitor entry, maintain records, and issue visitor passes Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings Receive and dispatch couriers, documents, and parcels Maintain front office area cleanliness and presentability Support HR/Admin activities such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and document management Assist with basic data entry and report maintenance Handle office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required
