Greet customers warmly and professionally at the showroom front desk
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales staff
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
Maintain customer entry records and appointment registers
Support sales staff with basic coordination and communication
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean and presentable
Handle basic billing support and documentation if required
Assist in maintaining customer service standards of the showroom
Required Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Preferred:
Experience in jewellery shop or retail showroom
Local candidates from R.S. Puram or nearby areas
Preferred Languages: Tamil (mandatory), English (basic)
Skills Required:
Customer handling and interpersonal skills
Polite and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (billing / data entry - added advantage)
Ability to work in a retail environment
Working Hours:
As per showroom timings (including weekends/holidays)
