Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean, presentable, and organized.
Handle visitor logbooks, ID card issuance, and appointment scheduling.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and maintain related records.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document handling.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings.
Support HR/Admin team with documentation, attendance coordination, and other assigned tasks.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (Freshers can apply).
Proven experience as a receptionist or front-office executive is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle pressure calmly and efficiently.
