Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain patient records and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Verify patient insurance details and handle billing queries.
Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Monitor and manage front office supplies and ensure necessary stock levels are maintained.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing patient files, and maintaining records.
Assist with data entry and maintaining databases for patient information.
Provide general support to the management team as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in front office or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
A positive, approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
