Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory records.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in Administration or Hospitality).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Customer service orientation.
