Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Assist with inquiries and provide basic information to callers and visitors.
Provide administrative support, including sorting and distributing mail, managing appointments, and scheduling meetings.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Relay messages accurately and promptly to the intended recipients.
Handle emails, faxes, and other forms of correspondence as needed.
Keep records and logs updated and organized.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or requests from visitors and employees.
Act as a liaison between visitors and the appropriate staff members.
