The Gym Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth member management, staff coordination, and overall facility maintenance. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations -- member check-ins, registrations, and renewals
Handle billing, payment follow-ups, and record maintenance
Schedule personal training sessions and classes
Coordinate with trainers and housekeeping staff for smooth operations
Address member queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
Maintain inventory of gym supplies and ensure cleanliness standards
Support marketing or promotional activities to increase memberships
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-4 years of experience in admin or customer service (preferably in fitness/hospitality)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Energetic, organized, and customer-focused
