The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing the institution's public image, and ensuring smooth communication between the school, parents, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission, fee refund, and entrance exam inquiries via phone, online, and direct communication.
- Issue bonafide certificates and manage queries related to staff interviews.
- Maintain records of parent inquiries and complaints, forwarding them to the relevant departments.
- Organize appointments with school authorities and coordinate vendor payment queries.
- Handle official correspondence and coordinate school communications effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
