Customer Relationship Management:
? Fixing Appointment with clients and ensure the lead management.? Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal andexternal customers, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.? Provide courteous and prompt responses to client inquiries and requests,ensuring a seamless client experience.? Monitor registration and admission standards, ensuring compliance withclinic policies and maintaining high-quality service at all touchpoints.
Multitasking & Revenue Generation:
? Multitask efficiently, handling multiple operational duties simultaneously,including customer interactions, scheduling, and reporting.? Proactively contribute to clinic revenue generation by identifyingopportunities for improving patient flow, service efficiency, and optimizingbilling procedures.? Maintain prompt Billing process, including invoices, payments, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with clinic policies
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, orrelated field (preferred but not mandatory based on relevantexperience).? Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multipleresponsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.? Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth by optimizing front officeoperations and patient services.? Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability torespond professionally and tactfully to client inquiries.? Proficient in office management software and tools for scheduling,documentation, and reporting.? Experience in financial monitoring, including billing, invoice tracking.? Flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work on weekends andmanage varying shifts when required.
