Manage incoming calls and inquiries, addressing client queries and scheduling appointments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Appointment Scheduling and Billing:
Coordinate client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Handle billing and invoicing for customers and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and medications, providing necessary information and assistance.
Inventory Management:
Track pharmaceutical inventory levels and place orders for additional stock as needed, ensuring adequate supplies for clinic operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and assist in inventory audits as required.
Client Engagement and Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive education to clients regarding medication usage to optimize treatment outcomes.
Assist the Clinic Manager in engaging with clients and promoting clinic packages and services.
Provide information and assistance to clients regarding available packages and treatment options.
Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to drive sales and meet clinic targets.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and clinic management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
