Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and personable professional to manage front-desk operations, handle admissions, and serve as a liaison between the school and the public. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to represent the school professionally to parents and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Front Office & Reception Duties



Welcome parents, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and route calls appropriately. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.

Admissions Management



Guide prospective parents through the admission process. Follow up on enquiries, schedule campus tours, and maintain communication. Maintain accurate records of admissions and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.

Public Relations & Communication



Act as the point of contact for external communication and parent interactions. Represent the school at public events, education fairs, and meetings. Coordinate school promotion activities in collaboration with the marketing team. Handle parent queries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication in English; regional language proficiency is a plus. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and data management. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to multitask. Prior experience in school admissions or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
