Job Description

RISHS is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk Operations:

Greet visitors, parents , students, and employees with a welcoming and positive attitude.
Manage and direct phone calls, including answering inquiries, taking messages, and transferring calls.
Monitor and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.

Visitor Assistance:

Assist visitors by providing information about the company, its services, and directions to relevant departments.
Issue visitor passes and ensure appropriate sign-in procedures.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Notify employees of visitor arrivals and appointments.

Mail and Package Handling:

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Ensure timely notification of package arrivals to recipients.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Communication and Correspondence:

Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Draft and edit correspondence as required.

Security and Access Control:

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring a secure and safe environment.
Implement access control procedures, if applicable.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain and update records, visitor logs, and contact lists.
Ensure confidentiality and privacy in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy. Customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced and occasionally challenging situations.
