Key Responsibilities:



Greeting and Welcoming:

Greet visitors, customers, and clients in a warm and professional manner.

Telephone Management:

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle mail and packages, manage office supplies, and maintain records.

Customer Service:

Provide information to customers, answer their questions, and address their concerns.

Organization:

Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and ensure all necessary materials are readily available.

Scheduling and Coordination:

May be responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Other Duties:

May assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:



Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Customer Service Skills:

A friendly and helpful attitude, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage tasks, maintain records, and ensure the front desk area is organized.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is often required.

Multitasking and Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
