Position:
Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to online booking requests.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Requirements:
Telugu-speaking candidate is a must.
Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
