Greet students, parents, and visitors politely.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Share information about courses, fees, and schedules.
Assist in admissions, fee collection, and maintaining records.
Manage daily administrative tasks and coordinate with staff.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate .
Good communication skills in ( English, Tamil).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
Pleasant personality and customer service skills.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
9 AM - 6 PM, 6days/week(Any one day week off)
