We are seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet clients, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a neat and presentable reception area to reflect the company's professional image.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
Assist with client inquiries related to property listings, services, and office information.
Coordinate with sales and leasing teams for client meetings and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance, and basic records.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Support HR/Administration team with office supplies and facility management tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
