Key Requirements (for all roles):
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience in a school or educational institution preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
Customer-service-oriented attitude
Role-Specific Responsibilities:
1.
Front Desk Receptionist
Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors
Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
Maintain front office operations and documentation
Coordinate appointments and manage front desk schedules
2.
Tele Caller
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students
Provide information about school admissions and programs
Maintain call logs and follow-up reports
Assist in admission campaigns and lead generation
3.
School Registrar
Manage student enrollment and admission processes
Maintain accurate student records and documentation
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
Ensure compliance with KHDA and other regulatory requirements
