The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role is responsible for managing the front office, handling calls, greeting guests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities Front Office & Visitor Management
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a polite and professional manner
Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Call & Communication Handling
Answer incoming calls, screen and route them to concerned departments
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle basic email communication and inquiries
Administrative Support
Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and schedules
Assist with data entry, documentation, and filing
Receive and dispatch couriers, parcels, and official documents
Support HR and Admin teams with basic coordination tasks
Office Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility staff
Monitor office supplies and raise requisitions when required
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
