As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our company. Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to appropriate personnel.
Managing phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Monitoring security protocols, such as visitor logs and badge distribution.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and team members.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate (preferably male) who possesses the following:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional demeanour and appearance.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
