We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the salon reception, welcome clients, and ensure a premium guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in the hospitality or service industry.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival
Manage appointments, walk-ins, and client scheduling
Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries
Ensure smooth coordination between stylists and clients
Maintain reception area aesthetics and brand standards
Handle billing support, feedback collection, and follow-ups
Manage client records and basic system entries
Upsell salon services, packages, and memberships when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or diploma in Hospitality / Customer Service preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
Experience in hospitality, salon, spa, hotel, or luxury service industry
Basic computer knowledge (billing software / MS Office)
Polite, calm, and service-driven attitude
