Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-up visits.
Collect patient details, verify insurance information, and update records in the hospital management system.
Guide patients/visitors to the appropriate departments or doctors.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and issue receipts when required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth operations.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle patient complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate authority.
Assist in emergency situations by following hospital protocols.
