We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage Welcome desk operations and provide essential administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members.
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Assist in organising office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records, logs, and ensure office compliance procedures.
Provide general administrative support to teams and management as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or admin assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service mindset.
