The Office Operations Executive ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by managing facilities, vendor coordination, logistics, and internal support services. This role maintains operational efficiency and ensures compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and utility management.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
Maintain inventory records of office assets, stationery, and consumables.
Support HR/admin in onboarding, ID card issuance, and access control.
Handle AMC renewals, repairs, and service schedules for office infrastructure.
Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event setups.
Monitor attendance and staff discipline along with HR support.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with facility protocols.
Report operational issues to management and suggest improvements.
