We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-groomed, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Manage front desk operations and visitor records.
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures (for hotel background candidates).
Coordinate with internal departments for daily administrative tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area.
Support the team with basic administrative work.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and confident personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
