Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and club members with professionalism and warmth.
Handle inquiries, facility tours, and membership sign-ups at the front desk.
Proactively engage with potential members to explain services, packages, and offers.
Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
Maintain accurate member records, payments, and lead follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations, sports coaches, and management teams for seamless member experience.
Ensure the front desk and club environment remain organized and welcoming.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
