The Receptionist is responsible for managing front-desk operations, welcoming walk-in clients, coordinating site visits, and ensuring a professional first impression of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Greet walk-in clients and visitors courteously
Understand visitor purpose and direct them appropriately
Coordinate with sales team for walk-in site visits
Maintain visitor register and daily footfall data
Handle incoming calls and route them correctly
Manage meeting room bookings and front-desk decorum
Assist in basic administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure reception area cleanliness and brand presentation

Customer experience and professionalism at front desk
Coordination efficiency with sales and site teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills- English, Hindi and Punjabi (Optional)
Multi Tasking and coordination ability
Basic MS Office and telephone handling skills
Minimum Education- Graduation from good institute on Regular Time
