Front Desk Receptionist
to be the welcoming face of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist clients and visitors, and support administrative tasks with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
Answer and direct phone calls courteously
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support documentation and basic office coordination
Collaborate with sales and admin teams for smooth operations
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in front desk or customer-facing roles (real estate preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
