Job Summary:

The Office Admin cum Receptionist is the first point of contact for a company and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a polite and efficient manner. Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and friendly personality. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
